Vinyl Silicone Oil is a high-activity functional modified silicone fluid with vinyl groups introduced at the end of the polydimethylsiloxane molecular chain. It is the core base material for high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
Different from ordinary inert dimethyl silicone oil, terminal vinyl silicone oil has reactive unsaturated functional groups, which can undergo efficient cross-linking curing reaction with hydrogen-containing silicone oil under the action of platinum catalyst to form a high-elasticity and high-toughness silicone elastomer.
The product features controllable viscosity and vinyl content, stable molecular structure, low volatility and excellent temperature resistance. It can significantly improve the mechanical properties, aging resistance, weather resistance and wear resistance of silicone materials.
